Due to the nature of the product(s), we do not offer refunds on customized products.
Apparel items will not be refunded if you order the wrong size.
As for digital files, once you confirm, and we send you the file, your order is marked complete. We will not do any editing to the file. If you need any revisions after your order is completed, you will be charged a redesign fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
